During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. The massages offered at the hotel were top-notch and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. we loved the beautiful pool, perfect for escaping the holiday hustle and bustle. The location was also key, with stunning landscape views just a short ride away from the town center.
While our stay was enjoyable overall, we found the meals to be a bit on the expensive side. It would have been nice to have more variety or an à la carte option.

The service was outstanding, with Maria organizing relaxing massages and a trip to a traditional temazcal. Silvia provided a wonderful complementary food massage upon my arrival, and Vicky was exceptional in her service at dinner. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The bonfire in the evenings added a touch of romance to my stay.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel had a wonderful relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a weekend break. the location offered breathtaking views and was a short ride from the center of town. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering wonderful spa packages and organizing fun activities such as horseback riding. the pool was beautiful, albeit a bit cold due to the mineral water, but a refreshing dip on a hot day.
The meals were a bit pricey and lacked variety. Only one set menu was offered for dinner, which can be inconvenient for picky eaters.
